We aim to offer stable and fair working conditions for our instructors - and avoid last-minute chaos - that’s why we need to organize the surf classes at least one day in advance.
Cancellations by the client:
More than 24 hours in advance:
You’ll receive a full refund for the lesson or session you won’t attend.
Less than 24 hours in advance or no-show:
No refund.
Cancellations by the surf school (weather or other valid reasons):
You’ll get a full refund for the cancelled session. Nature wins sometimes.
Rescheduling:
If you give us at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to reschedule your sessions, subject to availability.
Waves and weather don’t follow a script: we reserve the right to adjust lesson times. If we need to make a change, we’ll let you know at least 12 hours in advance. If the new time doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund the session you’ll miss.
